Do I have to know how to use HTML to use your templates?
No, you don't! As long as you know how to copy and paste text, you will be able to use one of my templates. All of the images for the template are hosted on my server, so you won't have to deal with zip files or image attachments either. The only attachment you will receive is a TEXT version of the template or, if you ask for a TagBot version too, you'll also receive a TagBot .TPL file as an attachment.
Once I have all of the information required to set your template up, I will send the template to you as a text or TagBot file attachment. You'll have to save the file to your hard drive, then open the file in NotePad (text version) or TagBot (.TPL version). Once open, highlight all of the text (Edit -> Select All) and then copy it (Edit -> Copy). Once copied, go to your Sell Your Item form on the venue you are listing an item on. In the description field, you will want to paste the text into the HTML Editor or 'Insert Your Own HTML' tab on the description field. After you have pasted the text in, go to the 'Standard' tab on eBay, or into WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) mode, and make the changes required to the description text, add your photos, etc.
Your ready-made logos are all sized at 310x90. I sell on a different venue, and the logo size they require is different. Will your logos work for me? In most cases, logos can be resized to dimensions that will work with other selling venues besides eBay. If you require a logo with different image dimensions, just contact me to let me know which logo you are interested and the size you would need it in. I'll then let you know if the logo can be resized.
